In today’s article, we will take the 200KW immersion cooling cabinet as an example and describe our pre-operation inspection in detail below.
Step 1: Install the Waterway
After the 200KW liquid cooling box is in place, the first step is to install the waterway.
What’s more, the bottom pipe of our boxtechy DT-200KW is for water in, and the above pipe of our boxtechy DT-200KW is for water out.
Step 2: Connected to Pipes by Flexible Hose
We use flexible hoses, connected to pipes, and connect the main line to the Cooling Tower.
Step 3: Remove the Cover Plate of the PDU
Let us brief the 200kw start-up operation:
First, remove the cover plate of the PDU.
Step 4: Put into the Miners
Then, put the miners into the 200kw immersion cooling machine.
Step 5: Plug in the power cord
Plug in the power cord and the network cable.
Step 6: Pour the fluid in
Then pour the fluid, up to 2 centimeters over the oil scale.
