Welcome back to Box Technology’s Pre-operation Inspection of the 120KW Immersion Cooling Freezer. In part 1 we have detailed introduced the Circulatory System Inspection, Pre-charge Inspection, and so on. In the below article, we continue to present the subsequent pre-operation inspection.
Step 5: Start Venting the Circulating Pump
When all piping connections checks of step 4 are well, we start step 5 to vent the circulating pump—no tightening until oil seeps out.
Step 6: The Circulation of Oil Route
Next, let’s brief the circulation of the oil route:
First, oil enters the circulating pump from the high-level circulating hot oil pipe.
Then goes to the filter of the 120KW Immersion Cooling Freezer.
Through the filter and then into the heat exchanger to exchange heat.
Then it enters the fuel tank from the low circulating oil pipe.
After entering the fuel tank, cold oil will flow out from the small holes of this oil-passing plate.
Then the hot oil comes out of this oiling plate. This process is the circulation of oil routes.
Step 7: Use Flanges and Pipes to Connect Cooling Towers
First, let’s show the water inlet pipe:
Then, let’s show the water outlet pipe:
Next, let’s use flanges and pipes to connect cooling towers. Then exchange heat.
Let’s show the bottom spout. It is a drain spout and we need to discharge the sewage regularly by opening the valve.
Step 8: Check the Components
First, let’s look at the PLC. The small module in the power panel is called PLC.
Next, look at the heat exchanger. There are 4 ports on it, that is oil inlet, oil outlet, water inlet, and water outlet.
After finishing the above inspection, we can run the machine.
The above is part 2 of the pre-operation inspection of the 120KW immersion cooling freezer, thank you for reading!
